Beckett Ridge and the established neighborhoods off Cincinnati-Dayton Road are full of driveways with map cracking, settled garage aprons, and pitted surface from three decades of de-icing salt. That's the work we do most in West Chester: tear-out and full replacement, done to a higher spec than the original.
Butler County sits on dense, slow-draining clay. When that clay saturates in November and then freezes, it heaves anything sitting on a thin or poorly compacted base — which is exactly how most of those original slabs were poured. Our pours start with the part you never see: excavation to stable ground, a compacted gravel base, reinforcement, correctly spaced control joints, and an air-entrained mix designed for southwest Ohio's freeze-thaw cycles. The newer estates around Wetherington and the VOA park area tend to call us for the other end of the spectrum — stamped patios, paver work, fire pits, and covers that match the scale of the home.
