Concrete Contractor in Maineville, Ohio

Ohio Valley Concrete & Hardscapes is based right here in Maineville. When you hire us, you're hiring the local crew — not a company driving in from Cincinnati, Dayton, or Indianapolis.

Every contractor with a website claims to "serve Maineville." For most of them, that means Maineville is a pin on a coverage map — a town they'll route a crew through if the schedule works out. For Ohio Valley Concrete & Hardscapes, Maineville is home. Our shop is here, Mike Lopez lives and works here, and the trucks start and end their day here. When your project is in Maineville, Landen, or Hopewell Valley, you are quite literally our neighbor.

That proximity is worth more than convenience. A contractor whose own community is his billboard has a different relationship with the work — the driveway we pour on your street is one we'll drive past for years, and the recommendation that travels through the Little Miami school community is the one our business runs on.

Local Knowledge

We Know This Ground Because We Live On It

Greater Maineville covers more range than outsiders expect: the small historic village core along US-22/3, the big established subdivisions around Landen and Hopewell Valley, newer construction pushing through Hamilton Township, and properties running down toward the Little Miami River and the bike trail. Most of it feeds the Little Miami school district, and most of it was built in waves — 1980s and '90s around Landen, 2000s and newer toward the township edges — which means a steady mix of aging original driveways on one side and brand-new backyards waiting for a real patio on the other.

The soil here is the same story as the rest of Warren County, with a local twist: heavy clay on the uplands, and variable river-valley ground as you drop toward the Little Miami. Both punish concrete poured on a careless base. We've dug into this ground enough times to know what's under it, and every pour gets the same treatment regardless: excavate to stable soil, compact a true gravel base, reinforce, joint on proper spacing, and seal against the salt. It's how we'd pour our own driveway — because we have.

The OHV Difference

Maineville's Own Veteran-Owned Concrete Company

Mike Lopez founded Ohio Valley Concrete & Hardscapes here and runs it the way he served: show up on time, do it right, stand behind the work. Hiring the hometown crew means zero windshield time padding your quote, an owner who can stop by the same day you call, and a company whose reputation lives or dies within a few miles of your house. It also means one crew for the whole project — we're the area's concrete and hardscapes contractor, so the patio, the pavers, the wall, and the fire pit don't require three different companies.

From home base we also serve nearby Mason and Lebanon, plus Landen, South Lebanon, Hamilton Township, Deerfield Township, and Loveland — everything inside about thirty minutes of the shop.
